James is an award winning Writer and Creative Director who has been living in France for the last 10 years. His work has been recognised by D&AD, Cannes and One Show amongst others.
Over the last 10 years James’ work has been mostly focused on creating international campaigns and platforms that connect to consumers across multiple countries, cultures, contexts and constraints.
As a Creative his work varies from the quirky, to the heart-warming, to the inspirational - and always with an insight that links the brand to the audience in a novel and memorable way.
As a Creative Director, his focus is on building a relationship of trust with his clients that encourages the brand to take risks and grow with innovative and creative ideas. Within the agency, he takes pride in supporting the talents of his creatives and providing detailed feedback and direction to foster a better and braver creative department.
Outside of the agency, James also writes for fun and is involved in various literary groups around Paris. He also builds his own furniture as part of a painful and convoluted experiment in self-harm involving power tools.
James is going to stop writing about himself in the third person now, before he becomes one of those people who do it out loud.
